Gregory W. Philips

Gregory W. Philips joined Yergey.Daylor.Allebach.Scheffey.Picardi as an associate in 2005, after serving a 9 month tour of duty in Kuwait with the U.S. Navy. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United States Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District and the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C. He holds a juris doctorate from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University College of Engineering and Architecture.

Mr. Philips practices administrative law; municipal and zoning law; construction law; bankruptcy; tax law; family and estate law; and civil litigation. In addition, Mr. Philips represents the Schwenksville Borough Zoning Hearing Board. His corporate clients include the West Marshall Street Merchant’s Association, KMN Contractors, Inc., and Wagner S.S. Tavern, Inc.

In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Philips is a registered Architect in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and was the former President of Atelier Design, Inc. He is a member of the Montgomery and Pennsylvania Bar Associations; Member of the Board of Governors of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce; Chairman of the Schuylkill Alliance Foundation; and Secretary of the Haverford School District Interdisciplinary Council.
