Kenneth E. Picardi

Kenneth E. Picardi is a partner at Yergey.Daylor.Allebach.Scheffey.Picardi. He has a diverse general practice that includes business, family, municipal, personal injury, real estate, wills, and estate law. Mr. Picardi represents Perkiomen Township, Upper Frederick Planning Commission, and numerous small businesses.

Mr. Picardi was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1985, and to practice law in the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania in 1986. He is a member of the American (ABA), Pennsylvania (PBA), and Montgomery Bar Associations. He graduated from James Madison University in Harrisburg, Virginia, with a degree in political science in 1982, and received his law degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington in 1985.

Mr. Picardi is a member of the Board of Directors of the Pottstown Health and Wellness Foundation, the Pottstown YMCA, and the Lower Pottsgrove Zoning Hearing Board.
